Yoga and massage, a perfect pair.
We’re happy to offer weekly yoga classes at Take Root Massage and Yoga Studio. Massage and yoga are complementary modalities that can benefit everybody and every body! Classes are taught by Katherine Fultz, RYT-200. Katherine has been teaching yoga since 2014 and leads an athletic flow mixed with strength-building static poses. Every class includes a short meditation and breath awareness exercise to help you unwind and recenter.
Classes are offered in 4, 5 or 6 week sessions, and drop-ins are available as space permits. All abilities and experience levels welcome. Register at the link below!
